Logging In -
When you subscribed to the PVA Office Online Website service you
provided a Username and Password to log in with. Type your Username and Password
in the fields on the main page and
click the Log-in button (or press the Enter key). If you forgot your log-in
information, click here to have the
information sent to the email account you provided to the PVA Office when you signed
up for service or call the Muhlenberg PVA Office (270)338-4664. Search Page -
After you Log-In with a valid Username and Password, you will first arrive
at the Search page. To begin, choose a category to search in from the drop-down menu
located at the top of the page. Click on the black down arrow to view all the choices,
then click on the category you wish to use. You can choose from Current Owners Name,
Property Location, Map Number or Deed Bk-Pg. Next in the white text box to the right,
enter the item you wish to search for. For example, if you wished to search for a parcel
owned by John Smith, you would choose "Owners Name" to search in and then enter
"Smith John" in the text box to search for. After you have entered all your
information, click on the Search button (or press the Enter Key) to begin
searching. Be sure to read the hints and tips for searching that are located on this page!
Once you activate the search button and matches are found for your search, it will count
as a recorded search.
Selection Page -
Next you will see the Selection page. Here you will be presented with 10
of the closest matches from your search. Find the parcel that you wish to view and click
on the Account Number to the left in the table. If no matches were found for your search,
you will see a "No Matches Found" message and will not count as a recorded
search.
Record Page -
The first information for a parcel that you will see is the Record page.
On this page you will see all the basic information on this parcel. At the bottom of the
screen you will two buttons that will allow you to view more details on land and buildings
and to view a color photograph of the primary building(s). You can return to the Search
screen to perform another search at anytime by clicking on the Search Again link in the
menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Details Page -
The Details page holds detailed information on buildings and land for the
parcel. Most of this information is not required of the PVA Office to gather, so it is not
uncommon for much of this information to be Not Available (N/A). You can return
to the Search screen to perform another search at anytime by clicking on the Search Again
link in the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Photograph -
Digital photograph's are taken of the primary building(s) on each parcel.
If a photo is available, you can view it by clicking on the View Photo button at the
bottom of the Record and Details pages. You can return to the Search screen to
perform another search at anytime by clicking on the Search Again link in the menu on the
left hand side of the screen. |
