Subscribing -

To gain access to the Muhlenberg PVA Office Online please call the PVA Office at (270)338-4664. The state regulated cost for using the website are as follows :

Short Term Search (15 searches)	- $30.00
Business/Individual (120 searches)	- $100.00 / year
Business/Individual (300 searches)	- $200.00 / year
Business/Individual (600 searches)	- $400.00 / year
Business/Individual (Unlimited)	- $750.00 / year

Logging In -

When you subscribed to the PVA Office Online Website service you provided a Username and Password to log in with. Type your Username and Password in the fields on the main page and click the Log-in button. If you forgot your log-in information, click here to have the information emailed to the email account you provided to the PVA Office when you signed up for service or call the Muhlenberg PVA Office (270)338-4664.

Search Tips -

To begin, select which category you wish to Search and then enter the information to search for. Here are some tips to using the search screen.

1.  If you are not sure of the spelling, or if the wrong record shows up after your search, try just entering the first few letters or numbers of what you wish to search for (ex. Enter SMI to search for SMITH JOHN ).

2.  Do not enter punctuation marks such as periods, commas or apostrophes.

3.  When entering an address, only use abbrevations of direction, street, avenue and other names, but DO NOT use periods. ( ex.  N MAIN ST  or   E PARK AVE )

4. Use a forward slash (/) to seperate a deed book and page number, with no spaces inbetween. (ex.  123/456 )
